We specialize in shipping delicate and high-value artisan products worldwide. All orders are processed with utmost care and attention to packaging requirements. Standard processing time is 3-5 business days for in-stock items before shipment.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes

- Premium Shipping: 7-10 business days
- Custom & Made-to-Order: 15-20 business days
Please note these timeframes exclude processing and customs clearance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, value, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on these factors. We offer complimentary shipping on orders exceeding specified amounts during promotional periods.
International Shipping
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected upon delivery.

Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be in original condition with all packaging and certificates intact. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or return at our expense.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
