Ogigia is inspired by the mythical island where the nymph Calypso lived, a paradise of happiness and immortality. The motif recalls the lush natural world of the island, its sacred forest, and spring water streams. The mix of cotton jacquard, viscose, and linen in a weft knit gives the outline of the design an irregular quality.
